1. Service Description

Demand Radar ("the Service") is an AI-powered demand discovery platform that analyzes publicly available online conversations to identify potential buying intent relevant to your products. The Service surfaces opportunities for your review — it does not interact with external platforms on your behalf.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you engage with opportunities identified by the Service. When you interact with individuals or communities identified through Demand Radar, you must comply with the terms of service of those platforms and all applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages
• Engage in automated posting, messaging, or outreach based on opportunities identified by the Service
• Violate the terms of service of any platform where opportunities are identified (e.g., Reddit)
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when engaging with potential customers
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Demand Radar is a discovery tool. All engagement with identified opportunities must be human-led, authentic, and respectful.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Service uses AI to identify potential opportunities based on publicly available content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of any opportunity identified. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in sales, leads, or any particular business outcome.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Demand Radar. You retain ownership of any content or configuration you provide to the Service (product descriptions, keywords, etc.).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demand Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from actions you take based on opportunities identified by the Service.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.

8. Right to Discontinue Access

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use provisions. During the beta period, we may also discontinue access for any reason with reasonable notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
